Do you need a permit?
If you are operating a commercial vehicle outside of your own register state and you do not have IFTA or IRP. You WILL be needing both a Trip and Fuel Permit.
If you have IFTA - You will NOT be needing a Fuel Permit.
If you have IRP - You will NOT be needing a Trip Permit.
